A big breakthrough in my shoulder mobility this week. This exercise has been my nemesis for a long time but I have committed time to improving this movement over the last 3-4 weeks.
Things are starting to feel really good. I can now lift the stick much higher from the ground and I have the mobility to clear both my head and my shoulders on the pull down reaching my mid thoracic before contact.
This has made me so much more comfortable with a bar on my shoulders and overhead work
